GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General

These general terms and conditions apply strictly to all sales of products to individuals in Spain by:

Hereinafter MEDITERRANEAN EBIKES.

Every order placed with MEDITERRANEAN EBIKES necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and indispensable condition, the Customer’s unreserved acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the date of the order. The Customer also acknowledges that acceptance of these terms makes them applicable to the order concerned and all subsequent orders, unless MEDITERRANEAN EBIKES notifies the Customer of new terms. Failure by MEDITERRANEAN EBIKES to invoke any provision at a particular time does not constitute or imply a waiver of its right to invoke it in the future or in relation to the past.

Applicable law and jurisdiction. Interpretation and performance of these terms, and all resulting acts, are subject to Spanish law, unless mandatory public-policy provisions provide otherwise.

2. Prices

Prices published by MEDITERRANEAN EBIKES are in euros and valid except in the event of typographical errors. All prices include the VAT applicable on the order date. Changes in the VAT rate will automatically be applied to products offered for sale.

Special offers appear in the Outlet section or are indicated in the product description and, unless otherwise stated, remain valid while displayed on screen.

3. Payment methods

When placing an order, the Customer may choose to pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer.

4. Products

Offers are valid while stocks last. MEDITERRANEAN EBIKES reserves the right to modify its product range in response to supply difficulties.

Product photographs, graphics and descriptions are for guidance only and are not binding on the seller, MEDITERRANEAN EBIKES.

5. Delivery

Products will be delivered to the person and address specified in the order.

By default, invoices are sent to the email address supplied by the Customer when registering in the MEDITERRANEAN EBIKES database.

Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

An order is deemed delivered when the carrier hands the package or packages to the Customer and the Customer signs the delivery receipt. The Customer must check the condition of the goods on receipt and record any irregularities on the delivery note.

MEDITERRANEAN EBIKES has a 24/48-hour service agreement with its carrier. Some shipments may nevertheless take up to three working days. Delay does not entitle the Customer to cancel the order or receive compensation.

For deliveries outside Spain but within Europe, please contact us.

Under the legislation currently in force, electric bicycles and lithium batteries may not be shipped by air.

6. Returns and cancellations

6.1 Product returns

Our policy, in accordance with current regulations, grants the right to return any item purchased from MEDITERRANEAN EBIKES within seven days of receipt.

No explanation is required. Any purchased item returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted.

MEDITERRANEAN EBIKES undertakes to issue a refund within a maximum of three days of receiving the return.

Before returning a product, notify the store where you bought it so that we can prepare to receive it and refund the amount. Telephone numbers and email addresses are available in the Contact section.

If the item is defective or does not match the order, MEDITERRANEAN EBIKES will pay the return and replacement delivery costs. If the return is due to dissatisfaction with the order, the product amount will be refunded, but not the delivery or return costs.

6.2 Order cancellation

If cancellation is received before dispatch, the Customer will incur no costs. If the order has already been dispatched, the Customer must pay both delivery and return costs.
